"Last night I joined your service and would like to provide feedback on the efficiency and quality of your program. Within minutes I was signed up as a family member (there are 5 of us) and a doctor was organised to visit our home to assess my daughter’s illness. It made is so easy for me, after working all day and then considering trying to find a doctor in the evening, it significantly reduced the stress and concern of having to drive around looking for a doctor that is available in the evening, or wait at the hospital for hours. I would pay triple the membership fee, because I believe we received excellent value and support and will be recommending the service to everyone I know.
It would be great to see this service expand across the country."
